LOCATION : This riad is located in Ksour-Mouassine, one of the most prestigious areas of the medina of Marrakesh. Easily accessible on foot and by car, it is nearby Jemaa el Fna square.With its’ 950m² property, you will be able to enjoy the quietness of the area, surrounded by the beautiful gardens, right in the heart of Marrakesh. Very easily accessed on foot or by car.DESCRIPTION :The 2 patios of this beautiful riad are separated by a walkway formed on top of the arches. It leads on one side to the heated swimming pool and on the other side to the gardens. These 2 Riads may either be independent or joined by opening the massive doors between the 2 patios. Riad Lyla – the swimming-pool :On the ground floor : - Once you have passed through the heavy ancient door, follow the steps that will bring you under the arches, where 2 sitting areas are waiting for you to relax.- A cooled-fogging patio with trees, a heated swimming-pool in traditional zelliges (3,00m x 5,00m ; depth : 1,50m) and a solarium corner.- An air-conditioned sitting/dining room with chimney; its bay-windows reveal the swimming-pool behind.On the first floor :The suite “Ouared” (air-conditioned) : This Suite is ideal for 2 to 4 people. The sitting-room, in red tadelakt and which may be arranged into a bedroom with 2 single beds, gives access to a bathroom and the master bedroom with a double-bed and working desk. It includes a satellite TVThe suite “Jouge” (air-conditioned) : This 35sqm suite boasts a vast double-bed room with chimney and wooden ceiling. It has a sitting-room with menzeh overlooking the swimming-pool and a bathroom in tadelakt. This suite is a couple’s perfect getaway.On the second floor :The suite “Tlata” (air-conditioned) in duplex : This suite is suitable for 2 persons or a couple with children. The sitting-room may be arranged into a bedroom with 2 single beds. The stairs will take you down into a double-bed room with chimney and bathroom in tadelakt.The terraces :Situated on several levels, the terraces are nicely decorated with plants and flowers. You will fine on one side an outdoor sitting area with laying chairs, and on the other side, an outdoor dining-room where you may enjoy your meal in front of a panoramic view of the medina of Marrakesh.Riad Lyla – the gardens : On the ground floor : - A majestic entrance through a gallery and to the patio.- The cooled-fogging patio has a very large sitting area under the arches that opens on to a garden with orange trees, bougainvilleas and rosewoods which gives you a small taste of heaven. The hammam - A sitting/dining room with an ancient ceiling; the bay-windows reveal the gardens outside.On the first floor : Accessible via two staircases. The suite “Arba” (air-conditioned) has an independent access from the rest of the riad. The large sitting-area with its’ ancient ceiling may be arranged into a double bedroom. It leads to another double bedroom with bathroom in zelliges, marble and tadelakt. This room was once used by the master of the house. It includes a satellite TV.Suitable for 2 to 4 people. The suite “Ramsa” (air-conditioned) right across from the “Arba”Suite, boasts a gallery sitting-area overlooking the gardens and leading into a vast double-bed room and bathroom (with bathtub) in zelliges. This suite is ideal for a couple.The “Sta” room (air-conditioned) has a small sitting-room, 2 single beds convertible into a double-bed and a bathroom in zelliges andtadelakt. On the second floor :The “Sba” room (air-conditioned) is a double-bed room with bathroom. You will be able to admire the gardens and the beautiful sunset on the medina of Marrakesh from the sitting corner by the chimney.
