Trekking in Morocco is an excellent way of seeing the areas of the country and lifestyles little changed since centuries.
The trek will start with 8:30 with l' rise of the collar Aguersioual (2100 m) before going down again while crossing the river. Once reached the village of Tinoghrine (1600 m), you stop for a picnic in a Berber house in the middle of l' atlas, you show jusqu' with the collar of Tamatert (2300 m), d' or you discovered incredible sights on Massif.Vous will go down again towards the village d' Imlil (1700 m).

The courses of kitchen Marocaine and local represent more for all those which wish s' to initiate with l' one of the best kitchens of the world.
The workshops, are orchestrated by a Moroccan chief assisted D ’ a Hobby-horse, (Marocaine cooker traditional) and exempted either in the village or on the terraces of the restaurant, by small groups, 4 to 8 people maximum, around d' a material simple and easy to use. A translator (Arab/English, Arab/French) accompanies the participants by the preparation jusqu ’ in cooking. The prepared mets are tasted at the end of each workshop. A workshop D ’ one half-day, allows d' to learn L ’ development D ’ an entry and D ’ a dish or D ’ a dish and D ’ a dessert according to the choice from the participants.
