The red ground hotel, built on the principle of Riad with an interior
court, in the village, respects with more close local architecture.
Perched over the heights of the cascades, it dominates the wadi of
Ouzoud, tumultuous river which feeds out of water the surrounding
valleys where the almond tree and the olive-tree are the principal
agricultural resources.

The morning, you will be rocked by the comings and goings the asses,
which, led by the children, collect water for the day. Later, the
stone grinding stones of the mills will be started to grind the flour
of each family.

At the hour of the tea, after your sun bath, the top of the terraces
of the hotel, you will be able to admire the Berber village Taner MIT,
built very out of cob, fixed on the sides precipice of the Moroccan
Atlas.

Ouzoud is a quiet village to 1100 m of altitude, from where it is easy
of randonner to feet, à.dos.de mule or in VTT for the sportsmen. You
will be able to carry out many ballades of 1 a.m. or 2 H, along the
river, in the throats or on the peaks of the hills and mountains, with
the meeting of the Berber tradition, in discrete and authentic
villages.

Each season has its charm: purity of a sky of winter with its intense
blue and snow-covered summits of the Atlas which takes shape at the
horizon; spring with the olive-trees and almond trees in flowers,
planted out of rib stall, on a green carpet of young barley and corn
growths; the summer with the cascades refuges of freshness, true
aubaine for the bathers and bitten kayak; the autumn with the time of
the haymaking, transitional period which allows all the circuits and
forwardings in the valley of Aït Bougmez, attic of the Berber people
or on the heights of the Atlas, with the rise of the Mount Me Goun
(more than 4000 m). The crossing in 4X4 of this area makes it possible
to visit the valley and the throats of Dadès and to join the desert
by the valley of Draâ.
